Green thinking

To realise the vision Australand employed an environmental consultant to work alongside the architect during the design phase. This is not a typical step for a developer however was deemed essentially if the right balance was to be achieved and the vision realised. Success would be the ability to mould exceptional design and layouts with the surrounding environmental attributes, sustainability and rising utility costs.

The result has been 12 individually designed, unique homes which are architecturally cutting edge whilst also responding to the natural environment.
